Role Description The Experienced Floral Designer will create and arrange sophisticated, high-quality floral designs for daily orders, events, and special occasions, aligned with the brand’s luxury aesthetic. Day-to-day responsibilities include selecting and conditioning flowers, designing arrangements, creating custom pieces based on client preferences, and ensuring all orders are completed accurately and on time. The role involves working closely with customers in the showroom, providing design guidance, processing orders, and supporting the merchandising of floral displays and curated gifts. Additional tasks may include inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with event setup and breakdown as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in professional floral design, including arranging, styling, and color coordination for everyday orders and special events. Strong knowledge of flower varieties, seasonal availability, care, and handling to ensure freshness and quality. Ability to interpret client requests and translate them into custom, luxury floral designs while maintaining brand standards. Customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional, welcoming demeanor in a retail environment. Basic inventory and stock management skills, with attention to detail in tracking supplies and minimizing waste. Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple orders, and meet deadlines with consistent quality. Comfort with point-of-sale systems and order management tools; willingness to learn new software as needed. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move floral buckets and supplies, and assist with event setups. Previous experience in luxury or boutique floral shops is preferred; event or wedding floral experience is a plus.
