You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, while also managing administrative duties such as charting, documentation, and staff scheduling. You will also mentor and support nursing assistants, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while upholding the highest standards of quality care.
