Come grow with us.Responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining the ISO 9001: Quality Management System.Lead and conduct the annual Management Review MeetingResponsible for the Corrective Action / Preventive Action reportsPromotes quality achievements and performance improvement throughout the plant and organization.Collaborates with R&D Department, Production personnel, and QC Lab operators in the evaluation of Customer returns materials (RGAs)Perform root cause analysisAssist Purchasing Department in Supplier Evaluations and submits Customer QuestionnaireVisit customer's facilities to sort material and serve as a Liaison between the Company and the Customer's Quality Control Department as needed.Review and approve Plant Work Orders for release and work with Sales Department in the submittal of Concession requestsReclassify Plant Work Order and/or Nonconformance product as deemed necessaryAids Production and Finishing department in the resolution and disposition of nonconforming productCoaches and develops Quality teamAssist HR in the creation and revision of all Company job descriptions and provide trainingServe as a liaison for Customer audits and maintain awareness of Customer-specific product specificationsOversees all ISO 9001: internal auditsConducts monthly Quality Control meetings to review quality objectives and in-process performance quality metrics.Technical writing of company procedures, work instructions, forms and production reportsPerform capability studies for R&D / Technical ServicesExhibits a positive attitude that reflects upon the SFC teamSupports and implements policies/procedures, including the Quality Management System.Performs projects or assignments as directed by the Plant ManagerQualifications/ Experience:Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field10+ Year in Quality Control / Manufacturing and ManagementExpert in ISO 9001 Quality SystemProvide functional, technical and process leadershipExcellent problems solving skillsExcellent interpersonal savvyDemonstrated good leadership skillsHigh level of attention to detailStrong Customer Service skillsStrong focus on driving resultsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work as a team and independentlyStrong focus on training and developing talentBe a high-level performance Manager.IATF PreferredIf you are interested in being part of a world class function here at Alkegen then we would love to hear from you.At Alkegen, we strive every day to help people – ALL PEOPLE – breathe easier, live greener and go further than ever before.
