Family Practice Physician

Health System is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician with a desire to practice obstetrics in a rural community northeast of Cedar Falls, Iowa.
• 1.0 FTE opportunity with scheduling flexibility, including the potential for a four-day work week
• Average patient volume of approximately patients per day
• 32 patient contact hours for a 1.0 FTE with Obstetrics
• Attached 25-bed critical access hospital
• Current call rotation is 1:3 with plans to transition to 1:4 as recruitment continues
• Call responsibilities include nursing home coverage, Obstetrics, and pediatric patients under age 18 admitted to Palmer Lutheran
• Air ambulance services available
• 24/7 consultation support available
• On-site laboratory and radiology services
• In-house CT and MRI available
• Rehabilitation services available
• Behavioral health services available on-site
• Collaborative rural practice environment with opportunity to practice broad-spectrum Family Medicine and Obstetrics
