MUST BE IN OH, VA,KY FOR REMOTE Within 50 miles of location on-site/Hybrid Responsibilities: Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager. Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries. Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. Triage incoming faxes by facility/department in accordance with cutoff times. Clarify orders as needed. Qualifications: Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License (required). Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred. Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Moderate to advanced computer skills required. Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus. High School diploma or equivalent. Schedule: Monday–Friday and every other weekend 10:00pm–6:30am What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).
