Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Location: AdventHealth Wesley Chapel
Organization: Pioneer Medical Group
Start Date: Upon completion of credentialing (approximately 4 6 months)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicatedDaytime Hospitalist to join our team at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel. This is a daytime hospitalist position with no night shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.

Compensation & Schedule:

• 15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Base salary $255,000

• 18 days per month: Base salary $301,000

• Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income, potential to teach in a family medicine residency

• RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Responsibilities:

• Manage a daytime patient census of patients on average

• Work alongside an APP who assists with daily admissions along with a dedicated physician admitter
  

• No procedures or codes required
  

• Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management
  

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine

• Hospitalist experience required
