About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's overall operations, setting and executing the company's strategic vision, and ensuring that the business is in line with its mission and values. The CEO will also be tasked with managing the senior executive team, making high-level decisions about policy and strategy, and acting as the primary point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior management role, with experience in the plumbing, heating, cooling, or electric industry being a plus. The role requires a visionary leader with the ability to inspire and drive change, as well as strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of corporate governance. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is typically required, and an MBA is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a strong commitment to the company's values and mission.
