Client Advisor - Highland Park

Summary The Client Advisor is a trusted ambassador responsible for delivering best-in-class client service while achieving individual sales goals. This role cultivates meaningful client relationships through personalized outreach, product expertise, and selling ceremonies. The Client Advisor contributes to overall boutique performance with a client-centric, team-oriented approach. Responsibilities Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio focused on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including individual sales volume, units per transaction (UPT), and average dollar per transaction (ADS) Provide exceptional service in-person, by phone, and via electronic communication Strategically develop local and international clients through outreach, appointment setting, and follow-up Support floor moves, merchandising, visual presentation, and boutique housekeeping Locate merchandise at other boutiques, process charge-send sales, and manage individual stock assignments Participate in inventory and cycle counts and follow operating procedures to protect boutique assets Assist with packing and wrapping customers’ merchandise when necessary Requirements Strong client development skills with deep product knowledge and brand storytelling ability Proven retail sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to perform merchandising, stock organization, and inventory tasks accurately Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively with leadership and team members Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
