We're Hiring: Plants & Labor Maintenance Landscaper  

Woman Owned: 

Garden Mamas is looking for a hardworking, plant-loving team member to join our growing landscaping company!

This is not a mow-and-blow position. We are a horticulture-focused maintenance company that takes pride in detailed garden care, proper pruning, plant health, irrigation, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Weeding, pruning, planting, and garden maintenance

• Learning and identifying plants

• Irrigation repairs and troubleshooting

• Hauling green waste and materials

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Providing exceptional care to our clients' gardens

What we're looking for:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Stick shift Driver 

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

• Interest in plants, horticulture, and gardening

• Landscaping experience preferred but willing to train the right person

•Part time needed, may turn into full position

Compensation:

• Starting at $22/hour during training

• Performance review and pay increase after 60 days

• Opportunity for growth within the company
