Director, HEOR Strategy & Global Value

Initial Therapeutics, Inc.

AbbVie seeks a Director of Health Economics & Outcomes Research to lead HEOR projects for on-market and pipeline assets in the US or internationally. The role may include 1-2 direct reports and requires senior leadership engagement across cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will guide HEOR strategy, ensure alignment with product plans, and drive end-to-end HEOR delivery while collaborating with global teams and external stakeholders.
