Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFY considered)
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations valued
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities using standardized tools and observations
• Develop and execute Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each learner
• Deliver speech and language therapy services through one-on-one and small group sessions
• Document and maintain thorough records of services provided and progress made
• Advise and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
