Manage schedules, communications, and logistics to optimize time and productivity. Act as a reliable liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage complex calendars, including appointments, meetings, and events. Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting. Facilitate effective communication by screening calls, emails, and requests. Assist with project coordination and follow up on action items. Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents. Support personal errands and tasks as needed to ensure a balanced workflow. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within health, wellness, or fitness sectors. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
