RN - Supervisor

Nursing Supervisor

Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care. Assess units with nurse managers. Communicate and assist with any corrective action. Develop a record-keeping system to track medication errors and counseling. Oversee nursing operations within the trauma center's emergency department.

Experience: Seven (7) years of experience is required, five (5) of which must be in a supervisory role. License: RN License Certifications: Primary source verification of license and registration of Registered Professional Nurse. BLS. Must-Have: Experience in Emergency Room.
