KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with Swoon's clients and our internal sales team to understand open job requirements and deliver the highest quality service Identify top talent for our customers through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking and referrals Screen and interview candidates to assess their skillsets, experience and culture fit Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients and industry professionals through strong communication and superior candidate care Network and build your presence through client meetings, industry events, social media and weekly connections Consistently meet and exceed monthly recruitment activity targets and revenue goals Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices in the recruitment space Contribute to the overall success of the company

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience required, with prior recruiting experience a plus Bachelors degree in related technical and/or human resources, finance, communications, marketing, business or a related field required Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Understanding of the recruitment industry with a focus on Information Technology roles, but also Finance & Accounting, Digital/Marketing/Creative, Human Resources, Procurement, and Supply Chain Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software #J-18808-Ljbffr SWOON
