Project Manager - Construction

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a mid-sized general contractor in Fort Worth, TX, that is actively expanding into municipal and K-12 projects . You’ll play a key role in helping shape this next phase, working on projects that directly impact local communities while being part of a team that’s building something long-term in this space. Job Responsibilities Manage construction projects from precon through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall execution plans. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee day-to-day operations, including site progress, quality control, and safety compliance. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met. Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track. Qualifications Project Manager with solid experience in a reputable GC Experience with municipal or K-12 projects is preferred. Ability to manage multiple phases of a project independently. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
