• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
• Help create a strong culture of accountability and teamwork.

What We Need:

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience ( required ).
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Sales-driven attitude with the ability to inspire performance.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and solutions-oriented.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
