What You Will Do Design, develop, test, and debug real-time, multi-threaded, multiprocessing software applications, APIs, and associated user interfaces for simulation and training Regularly collaborate with other software engineers and project management to plan and prioritize development tasks on an Agile development team Support, maintain, and enhance existing software products as necessary Actively learn new technologies and techniques and apply them to new domains and problem sets

Qualifications You Must Have Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session. Object-Oriented Design and Programming using C/C++ and/or C# Source code control (Subversion, git, ClearCase, etc.) Windows 10, Windows 11, and/or Linux software development

Qualifications We Prefer Agile, Kanban, or SCRUM development methodologies Excellent written and oral communication skills Unit testing (GoogleTest, NUnit or similar) and software maintenance AI/ML and/or OpenAI development experience Unreal Engine experience with C++ and Blueprints for gaming development. : Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 42,000 USD - 88,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
