Employment Type: Full-Time
Practice Setting: Outpatient + Hospital
Seeking an experienced NP/PA in Gastroenterology to join a physician-led GI practice. Role includes outpatient care, hospital consults, and endoscopy coordination in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage GI patients (outpatient + hospital)
- Coordinate pre/post endoscopy care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and provide patient education
- Maintain EMR documentation and collaborate with physicians
Requirements
- Active NY NP/PA license + DEA
- 2–3+ years GI experience required
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Preferred: - Experience managing IBD, liver disease, or motility disorders
- Hospital privileges or eligibility
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $140,000–$180,000 (based on experience)
- 4 weeks PTO + 6 holidays
- CME: 3 days + $1,500
- 401(k) with 6% match
