Position Overview
We're hiring a motivated Entry-Level Sales Consultant who is ready to grow their career in a remote, performance-based environment. No sales or insurance experience? No problem. We provide full training and one-on-one mentorship to help you succeed. All you need is the drive to learn, the desire to help others, and a commitment to growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients (warm leads provided)
- Learn to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Use CRM software to track communication and activity
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
