Join an established team of two physicians and two advanced practice providers in a 100% outpatient practice. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A reduced schedule can be accommodated for commensurate adjustment to compensation. Manage a generally straightforward adult patient panel with shared phone call coverage for one week at a time; call volume is very light. The practice uses eClinicalWorks EMR. Expect an initial patient volume of approximately 1215 patients per day, ramping to 25+.
The compensation includes a flat guaranteed salary for the first two years, followed by transition to a productivity-based compensation model. Benefits include 401(k) match, three weeks of PTO, plus holidays and 3 CME days. H-1B sponsorship is available. Waldorf is a family friendly suburb of DC, 30 minutes from Alexandria, VA.
