As our Client Success Analyst you’ll be a part of the Agency team. In this role, you will be focused on supporting and growing our Agency Clients in partnership with Agency Account Executives. Ultimately, this role is the quarterback for the client book and is responsible for being the “glue” between clients and internal teams. Sophisticated analytical skills are required as you will be interpreting data from a variety of sources and synthesizing that information into clear messaging and recommendations for multiple stakeholders. Collaboration skills, outstanding written and verbal communication, and the ability to prioritize are also key functions of this role. Responsibilities Act as a liaison between Agencies and internal departments. Maintain accurate data on all existing accounts. Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources. Unpack and interpret complex business and technical scenarios. Collaborate and proactively communicate with multiple stakeholders on all aspects of account performance, data, KPIs and trends. Daily reviews of accounts and coordination with Trading to optimize campaigns. Analyze performance to determine whether sales motions are needed to scale or if our trading team should adjust strategy to drive growth. Communicate regularly, proactively and effectively around your findings. Distill data into easily digestible forms in order to present to clients regarding performance insights, recommendations, and growth strategies. Present issues and opportunities internally to help drive continuous improvement. Prepare content for scheduled client meetings at least 24 hours prior and share with key internal stakeholders. Support the Account Executive with data requests and any necessary actions to facilitate deals and grow accounts. Respond to Agency and internal account inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Create a positive onboarding experience for Agencies and/or their new campaigns. Cultivate strong relationships with Agencies to foster long-term partnerships. Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to drive growth on assigned accounts. Effectively communicate and collaborate with Agencies and internal teams, including sales, engineering, and marketing. Utilize HubSpot, Excel, Looker, Claude and Google Workspace products with minimal guidance. Stay organized and effectively prioritize work, seeking help when conflicting priorities arise or issues require clarification or collaboration. Clearly articulate the JobGet value proposition and educate clients on the power of JobGet’s platform. Partner with Account Executives to submit standard sales metrics, including weekly forecasts, pipeline updates, funnel analysis, and business plans, on a regular and timely basis. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs. Who You Are

You have experience supporting recruitment marketing agencies in a sales or customer success capacity or have worked at an agency, supported agencies in sales or customer success, or have had strong exposure to agency environments. You have a background in talent acquisition or a deep understanding of how TA teams think and buy. You understand pay-for-performance models, including PPC, CPA, and CPM structures. You have strong analytical skills and experience using Excel, AI and multiple business intelligence tools You are a high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where everyone wears multiple hats. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can effectively liaise between clients and internal teams. You possess strong project management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and teams are aligned.
