Clinical Supervisor

Company Description Dermatology & Advanced Skin Care is a well-established, multi-doctor dermatology practice in the Ellicott City / Columbia area that is growing! Job Description Oversee and supervise clinical staff including training and onboarding new hires. Expert knowledge and understanding of medical assisting in dermatology and dermatologic surgery – will provide training specific to the office as part of onboarding experience. Manage the clinical staff’s daily schedule. Oversee and manage ordering of office supplies and submit monthly to the practice administrator. Oversee daily office clinical workflow and provide guidance and support to medical assistants when needed. Assist with ensuring a high level of compliance, ethical and professional standards are met. Assist with other duties as assigned. Be a team player and work as a team. Qualifications Strong leadership skills necessary. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills required. Must be able to juggle or multi-task. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be reliable. Job Type Full-time: Must be able to work shifts between 7:45am – 5:45pm Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience working in dermatology and/or a medical office. Minimum 1 years’ experience supervising staff preferred.
