About the Job: Provide administrative support to executives and professional staff Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents Perform data entry and maintain organized records Distribute mail and assist with general office operations Order office supplies and assist with inventory management as needed Handle occasional phone calls and inquiries professionally Utilize Microsoft Excel to support reporting, tracking, and administrative projects Work independently to prioritize tasks and support a busy office environment About You: 2+ years of administrative, office support, coordinator, or related experience Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Experience working with formulas, VLOOKUPs, spreadsheets, and reporting is required Professional, dependable, and highly organized Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Previous experience within a CPA firm, accounting firm, legal office, or other professional services environment is a plus Seeking a long-term part-time schedule and able to commit to working onsite Monday-Friday This temporary opportunity offers up to $23.00 per hour (depending on experience), a flexible 20-hour-per-week schedule, and the opportunity to work directly with leadership within a respected professional services organization. This assignment is expected to last approximately 3 months, with potential for extension.
