Billing Specialist (Part-time)

GHJ Search & Staffing is working with a growing litigation and trial firm in Beverly Hills who is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join its accounting and operations team. Prior law firm billing experience is preferred, but candidates with strong billing or administrative experience from other professional services environments are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process client invoices Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with client guidelines Enter and verify time entries and billing information Assist with invoice edits, revisions, and billing follow‑up Maintain organized billing records and documentation Coordinate with internal team members regarding billing inquiries Support basic accounts receivable follow‑up as needed Prioritize and manage a high volume of work from multiple sources Assist with administrative and operational billing tasks Qualifications 1+ years of billing, accounting support, or administrative experience Professional services or law firm experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Experience with billing software or e‑billing platforms is a plus Reliable, self‑motivated, and eager to learn Why This Opportunity?
