We are hiring experienced, safety-focused CDL-A professionals for Conestoga, Step Deck and Dry Van positions. Our premium compensation options reward specialized experience, safe performance and long-term professionalism.

Turquoise Trucking has operated under the same company name and motor-carrier authority since 2012.

CONESTOGA AND STEP DECK OPPORTUNITIES

Qualified open-deck drivers may select either mileage-based or percentage-based compensation.

Option 1: Premium Percentage Pay

Professional Open-Deck Driver

• 30% of eligible gross linehaul revenue during the first $100,000 in qualifying revenue
• 28% permanent rate after the introductory revenue period

Elite Open-Deck Driver

• 33% of eligible gross linehaul revenue during the first $100,000 in qualifying revenue
• 30% permanent rate after the introductory revenue period
• Elite-tier approval requires exceptional specialized experience, safety history and management approval

The introductory percentage premium provides:

• Up to $2,000 in additional compensation for Professional-tier drivers
• Up to $3,000 in additional compensation for Elite-tier drivers

Option 2: Premium Mileage Pay

• Permanent base rate of $0.75-$0.80 per mile
• Approved base rate paid on all dispatched loaded and empty miles
• Additional $0.20 per loaded mile during the first 12,000 qualifying loaded miles
• Additional $0.10 per loaded mile during the next 12,000 qualifying loaded miles
• Top-qualified drivers can earn up to $1.00 per loaded mile during the first stage
• Earn up to $3,600 in additional mileage compensation

After completing 24,000 qualifying loaded miles, drivers continue earning their approved permanent base rate on all dispatched loaded and empty miles.

DRY VAN OPPORTUNITIES

Dry Van drivers are compensated under the mileage plan:

• Permanent base rate of $0.65-$0.70 per mile
• Approved base rate paid on all dispatched loaded and empty miles
• Additional $0.20 per loaded mile during the first 12,000 qualifying loaded miles
• Additional $0.10 per loaded mile during the next 12,000 qualifying loaded miles
• Earn up to $0.90 per loaded mile during the first stage
• Earn up to $3,600 in additional mileage compensation
• No-touch freight available

After completing 24,000 qualifying loaded miles, drivers continue earning their approved permanent base rate on all dispatched loaded and empty miles.

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must have:

• At least 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
• At least 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum age of 25
• Acceptable motor vehicle and safety record
• No DWI/DUI history
• Ability to pass all required drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to satisfy company, insurance and FMCSA qualification requirements

Premium compensation is determined by verifiable experience, specialized-equipment experience, driving record, safety history, employment stability and overall qualifications.

ELITE OPEN-DECK QUALIFICATIONS

Consideration for the 33% introductory and 30% permanent Elite tier generally requires:

• At least 3 years of recent open-deck experience
• Verifiable Conestoga, Step Deck or oversize-load experience
• Strong securement knowledge
• Favorable MVR and safety record
• Stable employment history
• Successful road and securement evaluation
• Professional communication and documentation
• Management approval

The mileage-plan premiums apply only to qualifying loaded miles during the first 24,000 qualifying loaded miles. Empty dispatched miles are paid at the driver's approved base rate. Percentage-plan introductory rates apply only to the first $100,000 in cumulative eligible gross linehaul revenue generated by qualifying completed loads.

Eligible gross linehaul revenue excludes fuel surcharge, detention, layover, truck-ordered-not-used payments, reimbursements, pass-through charges and other accessorial amounts unless expressly included in the written compensation agreement. The selected pay plan, permanent rate, introductory rate and applicable terms will be documented before dispatch.

This campaign does not guarantee a minimum number of miles, amount of freight revenue, weekly compensation or completion date. All applicants must meet company, insurance and regulatory requirements.
