EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

Job Overview As the Housekeeping Manager, you oversee daily housekeeping operations and help ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and guest ready. You support staffing, scheduling, training, and quality control while maintaining strong communication between departments. Responsibilities Lead daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and workflow Train, supervise, and support housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality Maintain inventory of linens, chemicals, and supplies Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards Resolve guest requests and housekeeping related concerns Support deep cleaning projects and operational improvements Communicate room readiness and updates to the front office Assist with scheduling, performance management, and staff development Maintain accurate logs, reports, and departmental records Benefits Leadership role with opportunities for advancement Supportive and team-oriented environment A role where your work directly impacts guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous housekeeping leadership experience required Strong attention to detail and quality standards Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Professional, dependable, and able to lead by example Ability to walk, bend, lift, and inspect rooms throughout the shift Strong problem solving and team building abilities Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
