Client: BrightStar / Amedisys Home Health

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in North Charleston, South Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for a PT who enjoys autonomy, flexible scheduling, and providing one-on-one patient care in the home setting.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina PT License
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
• OASIS experience required
• Home Care Home Base experience required
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily patient schedule
