Why This Role Is Valuable This position supports the Insurance & Alternative Solutions (IAS) department in the management of third-party general liability claims across North America. In addition to claims handling, the Claims Specialist plays a key role in investigating incidents, evaluating liability, managing reserve strategies, and ensuring consistent engagement with portfolio companies, insurers, and claim handlers (including claim handlers, carriers, and panel counsel). The role demands strong judgment, coordination with internal Legal and Risk teams, and the ability to navigate diverse exposures ranging from slip-and-fall events to contractor liability and reputational risks. This position is based out of Revantage's office in Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL.
