Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: Wellness Nurse RN responsible for overseeing resident health, ensuring medication safety, and maintaining regulatory compliance in a senior living community. Responsibilities Conduct assessments including move-in, 3-day, semi-annual, and change-of-condition evaluations. Perform monthly wellness visits and monitor health trends. Follow up on falls, incidents, and hospital returns. Transcribe physician orders and ensure accurate MAR/TAR documentation. Complete medication audits and oversee medication program compliance. Partner with families, physicians, and care staff to promote resident well-being. Support infection control and survey readiness. Provide clinical guidance and training to care staff to prevent decline through assessment and early intervention. Qualifications & Skills Active RN license in good standing. Graduate of an approved nursing program. At least 1 year of experience in senior care or clinical settings. Strong assessment, regulatory, and communication skills.
