Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general assistance, and support a professional atmosphere for guests and team members. Observe and report maintenance concerns, unusual behavior, and/or policy violations, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
