Responsibilities Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection Receive customers in a welcoming and professional manner to drive car sales Arrange test drives, demos, and other presentations to showcase vehicle features and impress potential buyers professionally Adhere to dealership standards and policies of superb customer satisfaction throughout the sales and negotiation process Drive current and future auto sales by maintaining an accurate customer database Communicate with customers through email and phone calls in order to schedule appointments for customers to visit the store Respond to customer requests from the Internet lead system and gather information from the customer about the make, type, and quality of vehicle desired; trade-in details; customer’s goals Qualifications A valid state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree is considered a plus Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for meeting customer needs Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Customer service: 1 year (Required) Compensation Compensation: $50,000 - $125,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Maxie Price Chevrolet
