About the position: Arkana Laboratories is looking for a Brand Manager who brings sharp marketing instincts to everything they touch — branding, advertising, internal projects, and beyond. You'll report to the Marketing Manager and act as a go-to resource for the marketing team, helping shape how Arkana shows up across every platform and touchpoint.

What you'll do: 

• Plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives, serving as a key resource for the marketing team
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from kickoff to completion
• Field marketing-related questions and asset requests from other departments
• Track project progress, flag roadblocks early, and proactively solve problems to keep things moving
• Audit projects/events once completed, conduct post-mortem meetings, outline improvements, and implement process changes in collaboration with the marketing team
• Foster a collaborative work environment and facilitate effective communication between team members and other internal teams
• Develop and maintain brand messaging that's consistent, fresh, and genuinely engaging across all platforms
• Design, create, and produce necessary content – print and digital
• Maintain stock of company marketing assets
• Be able to give branding and messaging input on any project

What you bring:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in branding or corporate marketing (required)
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid grounding in marketing principles and tactics
• Comfort with everyday business tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, plus web-based applications and third-party portals)
