Sales Team Leader Trainee Meier Agency Job Type Full-time Responsibilities Learn our company's products, services, sales processes, and CRM software. Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members. Work out in the field in B2B style sales building your own book of business. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Participate in sales meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and motivate team members. Qualifications Experience using sales-related software (CRM) is beneficial. Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and obtain an insurance license, including knowledge of state and federal regulations. Basic computer skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; customer service experience is beneficial. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license. Additional Position Qualifications Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing and able to obtain a Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered). Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of professional work experience after high school; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of experience who have relevant outside sales experience will be considered.
