Einstein Bros. Bagels Shift Leader Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They take charge and set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision, ensuring the quality of food and beverages we serve and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
