About the Role:

Educational Assistant Teachers at Brighton School play a vital role in our school community. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about child development and education, and who enjoy working with a wide variety of students and implementing a range of lesson plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement curriculum and lesson plans

• Assist in classroom management and behavior

• Provide support in the classroom or office as needed

• Collaborate with the school team to enhance the student experience and foster a positive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Previous teaching experience is preferred

• The ability to pass state and federal background checks.

• A positive, energetic, and patient demeanor, with strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
