Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand your patients' mental health status, utilizing recognized standards such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform your approach.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that respect diverse backgrounds and specific needs, actively engaging with patients and their families to create goals that promote sustained mental health recovery.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress using a range of electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and timely clinical records that are compliant with regulatory standards.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and strategies, assessing their effectiveness continually while making any necessary adjustments to maximize patient outcomes.

• Foster a collaborative environment by working alongside other clinicians and care providers to enhance treatment options and ensure patients’ needs are met holistically.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to practice legally within New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
