As a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver skilled, patient-centered care while overseeing dialysis treatments and supporting optimal outcomes for every patient.

Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care for dialysis patients Initiating, monitoring, and discontinuing dialysis treatments Monitoring patient response, vital signs, and lab values, and responding to changes in condition Administering medications and managing access sites (fistulas, grafts, catheters) Providing patient and family education on treatment plans and disease management Collaborating with physicians, technicians, and interdisciplinary teams Ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols Accurately documenting care and treatment details in the electronic medical record
