This role serves as a quality advocate throughout the software development lifecycle, partnering with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to validate business requirements, refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure solutions meet functional, integration, and business expectations.The Quality Engineer III leads testing efforts for medium to large-scale initiatives, developing test strategies, designing and executing detailed test scenarios, and ensuring full traceability between requirements and testing outcomes. They proactively identify risks, document and manage defects, provide quality reporting, and help teams implement effective testing practices. This role also mentors other Quality Engineers, promotes continuous improvement, and drives quality standards across multiple initiatives.Depth & Scope:Experienced professional role with in-depth knowledge / expertise in testing planning, design, automation, and execution.Primary subject matter expert in own area, able to consult with stakeholders or cross functional teams with respect to all aspects of quality software deliveryHands on expertise understanding architecture blueprints and diagrams including logical data models and translate them into efficient test approachesExpert knowledge of specific domain and quality engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes, and proceduresBusiness and technology acumen across multiple areas, seeks out and identifies opportunities to benefit the Bank and / or introduce operational improvementsAdvanced debugging and problem-solving skills;
