Hemingford Care Center is currently seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

Position Summary

The Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor oversees the daily housekeeping operations of the facility and helps maintain cleanliness and infection control standards throughout the building.

Responsibilities

• Assist with interviewing, training, and coaching housekeeping staff
• Support employee accountability and performance expectations as directed
• Monitor housekeeping supply inventory and place orders as needed
• Work alongside the housekeeping team to ensure daily tasks are completed properly and efficiently
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff
• Participate in facility leadership and department meetings
• Ensure housekeeping practices align with facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of commercial housekeeping experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
