About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Colorado

Start Date: July 9, 2026

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Patient ratio typically 1:4 with charge nurse free of patient assignments. 20-bed Multi-Trauma Unit with dedicated nursing and tech support.

• Advanced equipment including vents, feeding pumps, IV pumps, wound vacs, specialty beds, suction, and chest tubes
• EMR system: Meditech / CPN

• Exposure to diverse procedures including chest tube placement, bedside bronchoscopy, and management of trauma patients with trachs

Requirements:

• Current Colorado RN license or eligibility for compact license
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Experience managing chest tubes, trauma patients, trachs, and suction procedures
• Prior Meditech experience strongly preferred
• Must be a team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
