Banking Customer Service Representative
Location: Denver Metro Area, CO
Schedule: Full-Time Contract | Hybrid
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hr
Our client is seeking a Banking Customer Service Representative to support transaction processing, customer inquiries, and daily operational activities. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and making an impact in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Process and review financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist customers with account and transaction-related inquiries
- Track and follow up on customer requests
- Research and resolve issues while delivering exceptional customer service
- Complete reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Work across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, banking, financial services, payment processing, or transaction support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Banking or financial services experience
- Payment processing or account support experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
