Requirements:

• 7+ years of Experience in Pediatrics
• Licensed ST or OT
• Proven Leadership experience
• Must be able to work minimum of 24 hours per week.

(Compensation is based on level of experience, degree, additional skills, schedule)

Management Duties :

As a Clinical Director you will:

• Serve as a Leader for your clinical team.

• Delegate responsibilities to ACD and other Team Leaders as your team grows.

• Work closely with your Office Manager to ensure systems and processes are running smoothly.

• Attend monthly Manager Meetings and Monthly CD Meetings.

• Manage budget and purchase of clinical materials and supplies.

• Conduct Interviews to ensure that your team is fully staffed.

• Mentor individual therapists by observing, modeling, and training to enhance professional growth.

• Conduct Annual Performance Reviews.

• Initiate and complete Performance Improvement Plans when necessary.

• Participate in Marketing activities with the guidance of Community Affairs and Marketing Manager.

• Run weekly and monthly stats report & review with DOTS at monthly meeting.

• Provide coaching to team members to achieve productivity standards.

• Send Weekly Updates to team via email.

• Foster sense of community by celebrating personal and company milestones.

• Respond to patient complaints as needed.

• Maintain company productivity standards. * Direct Patient Care, Paperwork, and Management Time will be determined based on clinic needs.

• Refer to Clinical Director Checklist for a detailed list of expectations.

Clinical Duties :

• Conduct Initial Evaluations and Re-evaluations using formal and informal measures.

• Synthesize evaluation results to confirm or rule out appropriate diagnoses and formulate an Individualized Plan of Care.

• Perform Weekly Therapy Sessions using evidence-based practice.

• Provide Parent Education and Home Programming following each therapy session.

• Complete accurate documentation of evaluations and therapy sessions in a timely manner.

• Ensure a clean and safe treatment space.

• Collaborate with other team members to include Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Audiology, and Administrative Staff.

• Refer to professionals outside our system when in the best interest of our patients and families.

• Attend Weekly Round Table Meetings and any additional meetings determined by your Director of Therapy Services or Company Owner.

• Pursue relevant Continuing Education to best serve our patient population.

• Abide by all company Policies & Procedures.

Administrative Duties :

• Actively communicate by email through Microsoft Outlook.

• Complete scheduling and documentation via Practice Perfect.

• Utilize Payroll System to report time worked and request time off.

• Submit Weekly Productivity Stats.

• Identify and review billing codes.

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to lift at least 30lbs (ST).

• Must be able to read small print.

• Must be able to interact verbally with children, caregivers and the public.

• Must be able to type on a keyboard.
