Requirement:

• A technically skilled and highly motivated professional having a minimum one year of software and technology M&A and financing experience with a highly reputable firm. Strong modelling skills are required, including LBO and retention analyses .

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting extensive client and industry sector research and due diligence.
• Developing detailed three statement LBO models and retention analyses.
• Creating data-driven investor materials for transaction counterparties.
• Identifying, researching and qualifying relevant strategic investors.
• Executing in close collaboration with other bankers and interns.
• Communicating directly with clients and transaction partners.
