Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Primary location is Portland clinic, with floating to another nearby clinic as needed based on caseload.
• EMR: Prompt ER.
• Productivity model: one-on-one patient care.
• Patient population includes mostly orthopedic cases, balance issues, and some Parkinson's patients.
