Associate Director Project Management

We're partnering with an innovative healthcare advertising agency seeking an Associate Director of Project Management to lead project operations, mentor a growing PM team, and drive the successful delivery of integrated pharmaceutical marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll: Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and support across multiple accounts. Oversee project planning, scopes, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management from kickoff through delivery. Partner closely with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Scientific teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. Build and optimize project management processes that improve team efficiency and client satisfaction. Serve as a trusted operational leader, proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions before they impact delivery. We\'re looking for someone with: Extensive pharmaceutical advertising agency experience. Proven leadership experience managing and developing Project Managers. Strong expertise in project scoping, budgeting, timelines, resource management, and forecasting. Experience leading integrated, cross-functional teams across multiple brands. Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience navigating MLR review processes and managing complex healthcare marketing deliverables. #J-18808-Ljbffr
