Traveling Retail Event Marketer

LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company is seeking Traveling  Retail Marketers . Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, dependable, and have reliable transportation. Selected applicants will work on site at a variety of retail stores. Hours and days vary, and weekend availability is a must.

Job Summary:

The Traveling Retail Marketer will attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. Responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Regional Retail Event Marketing Manager. The Traveling Retail Marketer will conduct product knowledge trainings, build relationships with retail store leaders, and collaborate with leaders to drive revenue from store teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
• Collaborate with the local Operation and Installation Mangers to grow brand presence within the local market
• Develop and drive retail-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up
• Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based upon established KPIs

Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Willingness to travel to other local locations
• Results driven leader
• Attention to detail and punctual
• Smartphone required
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product
• High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads for our #1 rated product
