Our team includes 2 MDs and 3 ODs, supported by skilled technicians and an experienced administrative staff. We deliver comprehensive eye care with a surgical backbone, strong referral partnerships, and a collaborative MD + OD model focused on clinical excellence, integrity, and long-term patient relationships. Role Description This is a full-time on-site medical optometrist role for our growing, patient-focused clinical team. This role offers clinical autonomy within a collaborative care model, with direct access to ophthalmology mentorship and surgical co-management. The position includes a guaranteed base salary plus performance bonuses, strong technician support, CME assistance, paid time off, healthcare and 401K matching.
