Position Title: HVAC Journeyman Installer

Company : Schwartz Heating and Cooling Inc.

Pay Range : $20.00-$50.00+ hour depending on experience, A sign on bonus of $3000.00

Industry: HVAC / Mechanical (Residential, Commercial)

Location: Beaver Dam, KY

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Ensure systems are functioning properly and meet code requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Participate in on-call and emergency repair work as needed
• Complete documentation and reporting accurately

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience
• Current KY HVAC Journeyman License (Required)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and practices
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High attention to detail and safety standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time, Monday to Friday
• Weekend and Overtime availability required as needed
