TimekeeperThe Timekeeper is critical in supporting timekeeping for Maxim employees on assignment with our customer to ensure our employees are paid timely and the customer is billed properlyDuties and ResponsibilitiesEnsures proper timekeeping and billing for assigned projectsAdministration and processing of invoicing, work records, personnel files, and associated documentsCross-function between field and corporate payroll to address any payroll related issuesAssist employees in completing any paperwork if neededMaintain professional level of communication with staff throughout organization, while exercising discretion with confidential informationMeet strict deadlines with occasional requirements to work evenings and weekendsPerforms other duties as assigned or requiredMinimum RequirementsEducation:High school diploma or GEDExperience:1+ years' experience in previous data management position preferredSkills/Knowledge:Basic mathematical skillsModerate communication and problem-solving skillsModerate ability to work in fast-paced environment and operate with a sense of urgencyAdvanced attention to detailPhysical Demands:The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
