Customer Advocate

Virtual Vocations Inc

Fostering positive customer interactions, the full-time Customer Advocate will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records while working remotely from various locations. Key responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring accuracy and completeness Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree preferred Previous customer service or support experience preferred Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Salesforce CRM Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with branch-based industrial distribution preferred; heavy-duty trucking industry a plus
